Unboxing Video Requirement

To help us process your return or replacement request smoothly, we kindly request that you record an unboxing video while opening your package. This video serves as proof in case the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Request Procedure

If you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item, or a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Share your Order ID along with clear photos or videos of the product, including the unboxing video.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or replacement process.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive:

A damaged product
A wrong product
A defective product

Please provide clear images or videos along with the unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, as applicable.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your request is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for eligible products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
